This photo was taken just off of the canal towpath in Lambertville, New Jersey, which is just over the New Hope-Lambertville Bridge, a wonderful and popular walking bridge connecting these two towns. It’s a easy walk long the Delaware-Raritan Canal from the Lambertville Station, which is a wonderful wedding venue complete with sweeping views of the Delaware River. The water cascading down from the lock makes a dramatic setting for wedding day photos, engagement sessions, and even portraits. Using a slow shutter speed allowed me to keep some of the movement of the cascading water.
